NONMAJOR GOVERNMENTAL FUNDS <br />(Continued) <br />Capital Projects Funds (Continued) <br />Tax Incremental <br />Financing (TIF) -Airport - To account for expenditures for public improvement projects in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. Financing is provided by property tax <br />proceeds in excess of those attributable to the assessed value of the prop- <br />erty in the district before redevelopment. <br />Redevelopment Sample/ <br />Ewing TJX - To account for costs of infrastructure improvements and other costs related <br />to a retail business building a large distribution center. The costs are <br />financed by various grants and loans <br />Equipment Leasing - To account for proceeds from capital lease-purchase agreements used to <br />finance major equipment needs of the City. <br />Century Center 2001 <br />Construction - To account for construction and related costs of improvements to the City's <br />Century Center. Financing was provided by a 2001 bond issue. <br />Morris Entertainment - To account for donations received by Morris Entertainment, Inc., a nonprofit <br />corporation formed to solicit donations to finance improvements to the City's <br />Morris Performing Art Center. <br />South Bend Building <br />Corporation <br />Construction - To account for construction and renovation financed by Mortgage Bond <br />Issues. <br />75 <br />
