You have asked that I submit a proposal in reference to this office taking all the steps necessary in giving the <br />appropriate notices so that the City can receive a Tax Title Deed in reference to these parcels. <br />The fee that this office charges to take all the steps necessary is $500.00 per parcel. The fee is paid with one -half <br />paid as a retainer at this time and the remaining one -half paid at the time that the deed shall be secured from the <br />County. This process will take approximately one year since the period of redemption is one year. <br />If there are any out -of- pocket expenses which would be excess certified mailings the City would be responsible for <br />those. However, at this time before I we the title information I cannot determine if that will occur of not. The other <br />expense that will be incurred is amount of $125.00 for each parcel representing the cost to secure title information <br />that is charged to this office for each of the parcels. <br />If you have any other question regarding this matter please contact me.
