Exhibit "A" <br />Regional Fire Training Center Project <br />The City of South Bend is planning for the construction of a Regional Fire Training <br />Center to be constructed on a site located west of the South Bend Regional Airport on <br />land owned by the St. Joseph County Airport Authority. The purpose of this Addendum <br />to the Master Agency Agreement is to allow the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />to fund certain predevelopment activities to allow the project to move forward. <br />Additionally, the Commission will be paying for the extension of certain infrastructure <br />related to the construction of this project. <br />The following four projects and related professional service proposal documentation are <br />attached to this document as the following: <br />Exhibit "B ": Project 1 - R.W. Armstrong - Site Layout <br />Exhibit "C ": Project 2- Development Strategies Group - Facility Design <br />Exhibit "D ": Project 3- Ken Herceg & Associates - Infrastructure Design <br />
