No restrictions are placed on a property with National Register of Historic Places designation. No funds are needed from the property owner, either now or in the future. Approval of the property owner is required prior to our expenditure of the consultant's fee and this approval allows the consultant access to the property both inside and out by appointment with the owner(s).
