I% <br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />(South Bend Central Development Area <br />Public Improvement Project) <br />THIS, DENDUM, made and entered into this J!S� day of <br />,/M Ptu , 1995, by and between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority, a body corporate and politic organized and <br />existing under Indiana Code 36 -7 -14.5, and the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission, governing body of the South Bend <br />Department of Redevelopment and the Redevelopment District of South <br />Bend, Indiana, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, it <br />is agreed that the lease (South Bend Central Development Area <br />Public Improvement Project) previously entered into between said <br />parties as of the first day of November, 1989, as amended by <br />numerous subsequent addenda (the lease and the addenda collectively <br />referred to herein as the "Lease "), shall be further amended as <br />follows: <br />1. Exhibit C of the Lease shall be and hereby is amended by <br />deleting the following parcel of real estate from the Project <br />Description: <br />Lot Numbered Thirty -seven (37) as shown on the recorded <br />Plat of Taylor's Field Addition to the City of South <br />Bend. Commonly known as 516 South St. Joseph Street. <br />Key No. 18- 3020 -0728. <br />2. The parties hereto acknowledge that all remaining terms, <br />covenants, and conditions as set forth in the Lease, as amended as <br />above described, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have caused this <br />Addendum to be executed for and on their behalf on the day and year <br />first hereinabove written. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary 0.
