Resolution No. 1394 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, (the "City ") is the owner of the certain real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows: Lot Numbered Ninety -seven (97) a Wenger's Fourth Addition to the Novemb .r 22, 1890 in the Office Count Indiana, in Plat Book 5, Lot Numbered Eighty -seven (87) a Wenger's Fourth Addition to the November 22, 1890 in the Office County, Indiana, in Plat Book 5, s shown on the recorded Plat of City of South Bend, recorded of the Recorder of St. Joseph page 40. Key No. 18- 7022 -0857 s shown on the recorded Plat of City of South Bend, recorded of the Recorder of St. Joseph page 40. Key No. 18- 7021 -0826 Lot Numbered Twenty -two (22) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger and Krieghbaum's First Addition to the City of South co Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana recorded April 2, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 1. Key No. 18- 7009 -0366 (hereinafter referred to as the Real Property) and; WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 9 -6 -3, said Real Property is under the exclusive control of the Board of Public Works for the City of South (hereinafter referred to as the "Board "); and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (Redevelopment), acting by and through the South Bend Redevelopment Commission ( "Commission "), hereby expresses its desire to acquire Real Property from the City; and WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 1 -11 -8, the City may exchange or transfer property with another governmental entity upon terms and conditions agreed upon by the two (2) entities as evidenced by the adoption of substantially identical resolutions of each entity. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1.
