by the City of South Bend, Indiana to the City of South Bend, <br />Department of Redevelopment, shall be, and hereby is, accepted. <br />2. That upon receipt of fully executed quitclaim deed to <br />the Real Property from the City, the Director of Redevelopment is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said <br />quitclaim deed in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder. <br />3.
