LaSalle,present site of the now vacant Family Dollar Store. <br /> As you know, South Bend acquired this property through Ordinance #10099-11 passed on June 27, <br /> 2011. The U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana, has enjoined South Bend from transferring this <br /> property to Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Inc. for ultimate transfer to Saint Joseph High School. <br /> The attached Ordinance provides that the subject real estate will be sold under the provisions of I.C. <br /> 31-1-114.2 at a price equal to the average of two recent appraisals. This process was approved by the Board <br /> of Works under Resolution 62-2011 passed on September I9,2011.
