NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the transfer of the Real Property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and generally described as follows: Lot Numbered Sixty -eight (68) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded November 22, 1890 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 5, page 40. Key No. 18- 7022 -0867 and Lot Numbered Seventy (70) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded November 22, 1890 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 5, page 40. Key No. 18- 7022 -0865 by the City of South Bend, Indiana to the City of South Bend, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment, shall be, and hereby is, accepted. 2. That the Director of Redevelopment for the City of South Bend shall cause the recording of the quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest of the City of South Bend, Indiana in and to the Real Property to the City of South Bend, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on April 19, 1996, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
