Recorder's Office. Subject to all legal highways, <br />easements and restrictions of record. <br />for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), by the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, Department of Redevelopment to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, for subsequent transfer to the South Bend Heritage <br />Foundation, Inc., for use in its Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />house move project, shall be, and hereby is, approved. <br />2. That the President and Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission shall be, and hereby are, authorized, <br />respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a <br />quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest in <br />the Real Property to the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />upon its adoption by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held at 1300 County -City Building, 227 W.
