Resolution No. <br />rw A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br />TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of <br />Redevelopment (Redevelopment) is the owner of the following <br />described real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana: <br />A part of the of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, T. <br />37 N. R. 2 E., Portage Township, City of South Bend, St <br />Joseph County, Indiana which is described as: Lot "A" <br />of the Plat of " Wenger's 6th Addition to the City of <br />South Bend First Replat & Wengers & Krieghbaum's Replat <br />of a part of M.L. Wenger's 6th Addition to the City of <br />South Bend Second Replat" recorded as Document No. <br />9639730 in the Records of the St. Joseph County <br />Recorder's Office. Subject to all legal highways, <br />easements and restrictions of record. <br />(collectively hereinafter referred to as the Real Property),and; <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 7 -14 -3, the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission (Commission) is the governing body of the <br />City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and, pursuant to <br />I.C. 36 -7 -14 -12.2 may dispose of the Real Property; and <br />WHEREAS, Redevelopment, through the Commission, is desirous of <br />transferring the City of South Bend, Indiana for subsequent <br />
