The transfers are as follows: <br />921 North Bendix, Tract I — Purchased from Faith Apostolic Temple, Inc.; to be <br />transferred to Board of Public Works and then to the Sterling / Memorial Hospital of <br />South Bend non - profit partnership and used for the senior housing project <br />921 North Bendix, Tract II — Purchased from Faith Apostolic Temple, Inc.; to be <br />transferred to Board of Public Works as R /O/W for improvements and maintenance as <br />a city street (Library Drive) <br />921 North Bendix, Tract III — Donated by Faith Apostolic Temple, Inc.; to be <br />transferred to Board of Public Works as R /O/W for improvements and maintenance as <br />a city street (Bonds Avenue extension) <br />1007 North Bendix, Tract IV — Purchased from Alex Salameh; to be transferred to <br />Board of Public Works and then to the Sterling / Memorial Hospital of South Bend non- <br />profit partnership and used for the senior housing project <br />1007 North Bendix, Tract V — Purchased from Alex Salameh; to be transferred to <br />Board of Public Works as R /O/W for improvements and maintenance as a city street <br />(Bonds Avenue extension) <br />1018 North Bendix, Tract VI — Owned by the Redevelopment Commission; a portion to <br />be transferred to Board of Public Works and then to the Sterling / Memorial Hospital of <br />South Bend non - profit partnership and used for the senior housing project <br />Staff requests Commission approval of Resolution No. 2938. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
