EXHIBIT A - LEGAL DESCRIPTION That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, which is known as a portion of Lot Sixty -six (66) and Lots Sixty -seven (67) through Seventy -three (73), a portion of the South Half of vacated Keasey Street lying North of and adjacent to said Lots, the vacated alley between said Lots Sixty -nine (69) and Seventy (70) and the West Half of vacated Rush Street lying East of and adjacent to said Lot Seventy -three (73) as shown on the recorded Plat of "Wenger's 4th Addition ", recorded in Plat Book 5, on page 40, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Fellows Street with centerline of vacated Keasey Street as shown on said recorded plat; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds East, 394.12 feet to the centerline of vacated Rush Street; South 00 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West along said centerline, 157.07 feet to the intersection of the centerline of vacated Rush Street with the South line of said Lot Seventy -three (73), extended East; thence along the South line of said Lots Sixty -six (66) through Seventy -three (73) and their South line's Easterly extension, North 89 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West, 368.75 feet; thence North 01 degrees 03 minutes 32 seconds East, 17.63 feet; thence North 35 degrees 57 minutes 05 seconds West, 45.70 feet; thence North 01 degrees 03 minutes 32 seconds East, 102.81 feet to the point of beginning.
