DESCRIPTION OF PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR FOUNDATIONS 0 - PARCEL NO. 7D A parcel of land located in the West Half (W %z) of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /,) of Section Twelve (12), Township Thirty-Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East of the Second Principal Meridian, all being located in the City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being part of a 14 feet wide north -south alley lying midway between Michigan Street on the east and Main Street on the west and extending from Colfax Avenue on the south to LaSalle Street on the north and as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now City of South Bend and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of Lot No. 4, as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now City of South Bend; thence south, along the west line of Lot No. 4 and No. 5 and also being along the east line of a 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 108 feet to the Point of Beginning thence continuing south, along the west line of said Lot No. 5 and also being along the east line of a 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 4.0 feet; thence west a distance of 14 feet to a point on the east line of Lot No. 8 and also being on the west line of a 14 feet wide alley, said point being 112 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot No. 9; thence north along the east line of said Lot No. 8 and also being along the west line of a 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 4.0 feet; thence east a distance of 14 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description and containing 64 square feet, more or less.
