I <br />1 <br />1 <br />' R M�M <br />DESCRIPTION OF ALLEY VACATION <br />A parcel of land located in the West Half (W'h) of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /<) of Section Twelve <br />(12), Township Thirty-Seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East of the Second (2nd) Principal <br />Meridian, all being in the City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and <br />being part of a 14 feet wide, east -west alley as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now City, <br />of South Bend and being more particularly described as follows:. <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot No. 9, as shown on the said Plat of The Original Town, now <br />City, of South Bend; thence west, along the south line of said 14 feet alley and also being along the <br />north line of said Lot No. 9, a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to the northwest comer of said Lot <br />No. 9 and also being a point on the east line of a public street, now known as Main Street; thence <br />north, along the said east line of Main Street, a distance of 14 feet to the southwest comer of Lot No. <br />10, as shown on the said Plat of the Original Town, now City, of South Bend; thence east, along the <br />south line of said Lot No. 10, a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to the southeast comer of said Lot <br />No. 10 and also being a point of intersection of the north line of the said east -west alley with the <br />west line of a 14 feet wide, north -south alley; thence south, along said west line of the north -south <br />alley, extended, a distance of 14 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description and containing <br />2,310 square feet, more or less. <br />The above described vacation is subject to the operation and maintenance of all existing public <br />utilities and shall remain subject until the termination of their uses by the various utility owners. <br />L6313590\DESCRIMALLEYVACA <br />
