DESCRIPTION - PARCEL NO. 2A <br />FEE SIMPLE <br />A parcel of land located in the West Half (W' /2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /.) of Section Twelve <br />(12), Township Thirty -Seven (37) North Range Two (02) East, all being in the City of South Bend, <br />Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana being a part of Lot No. 8, as shown on the Plat of the <br />Original Town, now City of South Bend and also being a part of Warranty Deed 9310195 -Tract No. <br />II -dated 4 -1 -93 and being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast comer of Lot No. 8, as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now <br />City of South Bend; thence north, along the east line of said Lot No. 8 and also being along the west <br />of a 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 24 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence west, parallel with and <br />108 feet south of the north line of Lot No. 9, as shown on the Plat of the Original Town, now City <br />of South Bend, a distance of 36 feet; thence north parallel with and 36 feet west of the east line of <br />said Lot No. 8, a distance of 11 feet; thence east, parallel with and 97 feet south of the said north line <br />of Lot No. 9, a distance of 36 feet; thence south, along the east line of Lot No. 8 and also being along <br />the west line of a 14 feet wide alley, a distance of 11 feet to the Point of Beginning of this <br />description and containing 396 square feet, more or less. <br />
