WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works, at its meeting of April <br />IV 6, 1998 will consider its Resolution No. , accepting the <br />transfer of the Real Property from the City of South Bend, <br />Department of Redevelopment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the transfer of the Real Property situated in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, and generally described as follows: <br />A part of Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) as shown <br />on the recorded Plat of Hiram F. Berst's Subdivision of Bank <br />Out Lot Number Seventy -three (73) of the First Plat of Out <br />Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the <br />State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line <br />running as follows, viz: Beginning at a point 108 feet West <br />of the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) in <br />said Subdivision; thence running West on the North line of <br />said Sublot Number Eleven (11) to the Northwest corner <br />thereof; thence South on the East line of Chapin Street in <br />said City 71 feet; thence East to a point due South of the <br />rw place of beginning; thence North 71 feet to the place of <br />beginning. Key No. 18 3050 1947; and <br />A part of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13) as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Hiram F. Berst's Subdivision of Bank Out <br />Lot 73 of the First Plat of Outlots of the Town, now City of <br />South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, platted by the <br />State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line <br />running as follows: Beginning 7 feet North of the Southwest <br />corner of said Lot 13; thence North 37 feet; thence East <br />130.59 feet; thence South 37 feet to a point 7 feet North of <br />the South line of said Lot 13; thence West to the place of <br />beginning. Commonly known as 210 -212 South Chapin Street. <br />Key No. 18 3050 1949, <br />for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), by the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, Department of Redevelopment to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, for subsequent transfer to South Bend Heritage <br />Foundation, Inc., shall be, and hereby is, approved. <br />2. That the President and Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission shall be, and hereby are, authorized, <br />respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a <br />quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest in <br />the Real Property to the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />3.
