D <br />Resolution No. 1625 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br />TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment <br />(Redevelopment) is the owner of the following described real property situated in St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana: <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Eleven (I 11) as shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. <br />Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded <br />June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, <br />page 21, Key No. 18- 7023 -0883; <br />A lot or parcel of land Ninety (90) feet in length, East and West, taken off of and from the <br />entire width of the West end of Lot Numbered One Hundred Twenty -three (123) as <br />shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of <br />St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 21, Key No. 18- 7023 -0901; <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Fourteen (114) as shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. <br />Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded <br />June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, <br />page 21, Key No. 18- 7023 -0880; and <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Fifteen (115) as shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. <br />Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded <br />June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, <br />page 21, EXCEPTING THEREFROM a lot or parcel of land 52 feet in length, North and <br />South, taken off of and from the entire width of the South end thereof. Commonly <br />known as 628 Wenger Street. Key No. 18- 7023 -0878 <br />(hereinafter referred to as the Real Property), and; <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 7 -14 -3, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(Commission) is the governing body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />and, pursuant to I.C. 36 -7 -14 -12.2 may dispose of the Real Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, is desirous of transferring the property to the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00); and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 1 -11 -8, Redevelopment, acting through the Commission <br />and the City, acting by and through the Board of Public Works (Board), may exchange or <br />transfer property with one another upon terms and conditions agreed upon by the two (2) entities <br />
