RESOLUTION NO. 1680 <br />I A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF <br />REAL PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission [ "Commission "], in furtherance of the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan, to acquire unencumbered fee title to the real property identified at Attachment <br />"A," hereto [ "Parcel "], which Parcel is located in the Airport Economic Development Area in the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana. <br />follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission as <br />The Executive Director is authorized and directed to cause a notice and final offer in <br />writing to be made to the owner identified on Attachment "A" at the respective <br />concurred -on price, which final offer shall include an invitation to discuss the <br />acquisition of owner's property with the Department of Redevelopment within thirty <br />(30) days from mailing. <br />ArK <br />Adopted at the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on April 9, 1999, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana <br />46601. <br />LM <br />ATTEST: <br />Eugen S.
