2. The Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 ( "Allocation Area No. <br />1 "), as described in the twelfth Whereas clause above, is hereby expanded to <br />include Expansion Areas No. 6, 7, and 8 as described in the ninth Whereas clause <br />above, so that the boundaries of the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation <br />Area and the Airport Economic Development Area are coterminous.
