Baker's Subdivision of <br />Bank Out Lot #7 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, as <br />platted by the State Bank of Indiana. Key No. 18- 3071 -2767, <br />for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), by the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of <br />Redevelopment to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for subsequent transfer to South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation, Inc., shall be, and hereby is, approved. <br />2. That the President and Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />shall be, and hereby are, authorized, respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a <br />quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest in the Real Property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held at 1308 <br />County-City Building, 227 W.
