Dieter at 6:31 p.m. in the Council's <br /> Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included at the commencement of the meeting Council <br /> Members Rouse, Kirsits, Varner, Puzzello, Dieter, and White; Mayor Stephen <br /> Luecke, City Attorney Charles Leone, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council <br /> Attorney, with Council Members Henry Davis, Jr. and Oliver Davis later joining <br /> the Executive Session while it was in progress. <br /> The Executive Session was called pursuant to the August 4, 2011, Notice of <br /> Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to pending <br /> litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing pursuant to Indiana <br /> Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B). <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br /> was that contained in the August 4, 2011 "Notice of Executive Session". <br /> Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:58 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted <br /> . <br /> Derek D.
