N <br />Exhibit A <br />A parcel of land being a part of a parcel of land 11 feet in width, North and South, <br />taken off of and from the entire length of the South side of Lot numbered fourteen (14) <br />and all of l.ot numbered Fifteen (15), excepting therefrom a lot or parcel of land 4 1/2 <br />feet in width, North and South, taken off ofand from the entire length of the South side <br />thereof, for the widening of Center Street, all as shown on the Original plat to the Town, <br />now City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the Fast line of said Lot 15, a distance of 4.50 feet North <br />00 °05' 14" Fast of the Southeast corner ofsaid Lot 15, said beginning point king on the <br />South line of Center Street as widened; thence North 89 °47'07" West, along the North <br />right -of -way line of said widened Center Street, a measured distance of 165.56 feet to the <br />West line of said Lot 15; thence North 00 °02'37" Fast, along said West line, a distance <br />ol'36.13 lout to the centerline of a wall; thence South 89 °46'52" East, along said <br />cenierline, a distance; of 165.59 feet to a Point on said last line of Lot 15; thence South <br />00 °05' t 4" West, along said West line, a distance ol'36.10 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Subject to any easements, covenants or restrictions of record and subject also to <br />any casements, covenants or restrictions associated with it common or party wall line on <br />the North side of the hereinabove described parcel of land, <br />
