WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works, at its meeting of ��2- I' , 1999 will consider its Resolution No. accepting the transfer of the Real Property from the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the transfer of the Real Property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and generally described as follows: Thirty -one (3 1) feet, East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the West side of Lot Numbered Fifteen (15), all in Margaret R. Deardorff s Subdivision of Bank Lot Numbered Ninety (90) of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now city of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana. Key No. 18- 3069 -2706; A strip of land Fifteen and four tenths (15.4) feet in width, East and West, off of and from the entire West side of Lot Numbered Fourteen (14), and Twenty -five and four tenths (25.4) feet in width, East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the East side of Lot Numbered Fifteen (15), all in Margaret R. Deardorff's Subdivision of Bank Lot Numbered Ninety (90). Key No. 18- 3069 -2707; A strip of land Forty -one (41) feet in width, East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the East side of Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) in Margaret R. Deardorff's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot Numbered Ninety (90). Key No. 18- 3069 -2709; and The West Half (16) of Lot Numbered Thirteen as shown on the recorded Plat of Deardorff's Subdivision of part of Bank Out Lot Ninety (90) of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, excepting that part of said Lot Thirteen (13) lying South of the North line of Division Street, now Western Avenue, as now located. Key No. 18- 3069 -2710, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), by the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment to the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be, and hereby is, approved. 2. That the President and Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission shall be, and hereby are, authorized, respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest in the Real Property to the City of South Bend, Indiana. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission.
