(600� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission, governing body of the City of South Bend, Indiana, Redevelopment District and <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment: <br />14 <br />1. The Commission hereby schedules the public hearing on the Amendment <br />to be held on September 13, 2004, at 8:00 a.m., at Room 1308, County -City Building, 227 West <br />Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The Commission hereby authorizes the publication of a notice of public <br />hearing on the Amendment pursuant to Ind. Code § 5 -3 -1, and the mailing of the notice to <br />affected neighborhood associations pursuant to Ind. Code § 36 -7 -14 -17.5. <br />3.
