WHEREAS, the Development Plan includes a list of the parcels of propertywithin the Area to be acquired; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Plan by modifying the list of parcels of property to be acquired and adding certain parcels of property to the list, said properties being more particularly described at Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, Ind.
