Daugherty's Subdivision recorded <br />June 10, 1966 in Plat Book 22, page "D" in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana. <br />WHEREAS, Section 43 of the Act permits the creation of an allocation area within an <br />economic development area to provide for the allocation and distribution, as provided by the Act, of <br />the proceeds of taxes levied on property situated in the allocation area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission in accordance with the Act, has previously established the <br />Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1 ( "Allocation Area No. 1 "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, in accordance with the Act, expanded the boundaries of the <br />Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1 to include Expansion Area No. 1 and <br />Expansion Area No. 2 by the adoption of Resolution No. 965, adopted on November 9, 1990, and <br />confirmed by Resolution No 971, adopted on January 2, 1991, and Expansion Area No. 3 by the <br />E:7 <br />
