West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> There was no business in the West Washington- <br /> Chapin Development Area. <br /> E. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br /> (1) Lease Agreement between Innovation <br /> Park at Notre Dame, Inc. and City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. (Office space for <br /> Ignition Park consultant) <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the scope of services <br /> outlined in the contract include administering <br /> the contract with BSA LifeStructures for <br /> master planning at Ignition Park, as well as <br /> any other contracts related to Ignition Park; <br /> beginning a grant application for <br /> infrastructure development at Ignition Park; <br /> developing a recruitment plan and recruiting <br /> potential tenants; continuing to do research <br /> about technology park management.
