East right -of -way line of St. Joseph Street to the North right -of- way line of Marion Street; thence East along the said North right - of -way line and its projection to the East to the centerline of the St. Joseph River; thence Southwesterly along said centerline of the St. Joseph River to the South right -of- way line of Madison Street projected to the East; thence West along said projected line and the South right -of -way line of Madison Street to the West right -of -way line of Michigan Street; thence South along said West right -of -way line to the North right -of -way line of La Salle Avenue; thence West along said North right -of -way line of La Salle Avenue to the place of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other findings and conclusions in Resolution No. 737, as amended from time -to -time, shall remain as stated therein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the United States of American and the Department of Housing and Urban Development ( "HUD ") are assured of full compliance by the Commission and the Department with HUD regulations effecting Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary is hereby directed to file with the Office of the Recorder for St. Joseph County, Indiana a certified copy of Resolution No. 2014, the Development Plan, as amended, with the minutes of this meeting.
