The previously prepared maps and plats showing the boundaries of the South Bend Central Development Area, as expanded herein, showing the location of the various parcels of property, streets, alleys, and other features affecting the acquisition, clearance, replatting, replanning, rezoning or redevelopment of the South Bend Central Development Area, indicating any parcels of property to be excluded from acquisition, and indicating the parts of the South Bend Central llw� Development Area to be devoted to public ways, levees, sewerage, parks, playgrounds, and other public purposes under the Development Plan as modified herein are hereby approved. (4). The proposed amendment to the Development Plan to replace pages 7 and 8 with pages 7, 7a and 8 as attached hereto as Exhibit "A "is in all respects approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ALLOCATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF TAX INCREMENTAL FINANCING, THAT: (5). South Bend Allocation Area No. I is hereby expanded to include Expansion Area No. 6 as described in the 32nd WHEREAS clause above so that the boundaries of the Allocation Area and the South Bend Central Development Area are coterminous excepting therefrom Expansion Area No. 4 as described and approved in Resolution No. 1737 adopted on February 18, 2000.
