Jefferson Blvd. Ste. 1200 S <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Phase One Fagade Studies <br />Dear Mr. Gibney: <br />As a result of our conceptual facade study presentation and requested design considerations, along <br />with the addition for developing options for the NIPSCO building, we are pleased to offer you our <br />Architectural Services to: <br />• Make revisions to our final concept boards as discussed at our August 17th 2011 <br />meeting. This include changes to the MarMain Pharmacy, brick options at the <br />"bank" building, column/trellis at the MR], and an entry trellis to the current site of <br />the Unity Garden. <br />• Look at the NIPSCO building and produce a minimum of two concepts at the same <br />quality level of our other final concept boards. <br />• Provide preliminary construction cost estimations for all the components of this <br />project. <br />For the services listed above, we offer a fee of Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($4,600.00) plus <br />reimbursable expenses. Reimbursable expenses are composed of copies, facsimile, velum prints, and <br />postage / delivery service costs.
