AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TRANSFERRING $360,083 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN FUND 212 °COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT" IN THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Statement of Purpose and Intent: In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of Community Development Block Grant Funds in accordance with the community's Housing & Community Development Plan, transfers are needed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: below: SECTION I. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
