APPENDIX A <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Project consists of the design, acquisition, construction and installations of certain additions, <br /> extensions and improvements to the Sewage Works, including, but not limited to: <br /> 1. Diamond Avenue Separation — Sewer separation improvements along Diamond <br /> Avenue to approximately Vassar Avenue. <br /> 2. East Bank Separation — Sewer separation improvements for Combined Sewage <br /> Overflow ("CSO") separation along the east bank of the St. Joseph River within <br /> the City. <br /> i. Bendix Separation — Sewer separation improvements along Bendix Drive north of <br /> Lincoln Way West. <br /> 4, Waste Water Treatment Plant digester improvements. <br /> 5. Preparation of CSO Long-Terra Control Plan Designs of the City. <br /> 6. Making any and all improvements related to and contemplated by the CSO Long- <br /> Term Control Plan of the City. <br /> 7.
