Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2284 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Witwer noted that Resolution No. 2284 <br />establishes the offering price for property <br />needed for the right-of-way for <br />improvements at Olive and Brick Roads. <br />Acquisition is necessary to facilitate the <br />improvements to Olive and Brick Roads. <br />The offering price of $86,839.50 was <br />established by the average of two appraisals. <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2284 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2285 approving and <br />accepting a counter offer for the <br />acquisition of property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Mr. Witwer noted that Resolution No. 2285 <br />accepts the counter offer of $140,995 for the <br />above mentioned property.
