The project <br />qualifies for five years of real property tax <br />deduction under the city's tax abatement <br />ordinance. <br />Ms. Bodensteiner stated how pleased she is <br />to be moving to the Northeast Neighborhood. <br />Her father has been involved in integrating <br />neighborhoods in her hometown. She's <br />thrilled to be part of bridging the gap <br />between Notre Dame and the community. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2281 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 920 St. <br />Peter Street in the Northeast Neighborhood <br />Development Area. The Pope Davises intend to <br />construct a 2,675 square foot, two-story, <br />single-family, owner-occupied home having <br />four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a <br />finished lower level.
