A <br />14 <br />14 <br />Ooa v, <br />RESOLUTION NO. i q 6 <br />A RESOLUTION OF <br />THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESCINDING ITS RESOLUTION NO. 1931, DATED FEBRUARY 7, 2003 AND <br />FURTHER RESCINDING ITS RESOLUTION NO. 1951, DATED FEBRUARY 21, 2003 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission ( "Commission "), governing body <br />of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment ( "Department "), on February 23, 1990 <br />adopted Resolution No. 919 declaring the Airport Economic Development Area to be an economic <br />development area within the meaning of Ind. Code § 36 -7 -14 ( "Act ") and in the same resolution <br />adopted the Airport Economic Development Area Development ( "Plan "); and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 919 has subsequently been amended in accordance with Ind. <br />Code § 36 -7 -14; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, at its meeting of February 7, 2003, by its Resolution No. <br />1931, amended the Plan to include certain parcels of real property ( "Property ") to be included on the <br />Commission's acquisition list of properties to be acquired in furtherance of the Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, at its meeting of February 21, 2003, by its Resolution No. <br />1951, setting the acquisition price for the Property identified its Resolution No. 1931; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has subsequently determined that the Property was added to <br />the acquisition list in error. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission as follows: <br />1) Resolution No. 1931, approved February 7, 2003, shall be and is hereby rescinded. <br />o , <br />1) Resolution No. 195 1, approved February 21, 2003, shall be and is hereby rescinded. <br />APPROVED this 7 " day of March, 2003, at the regularly scheduled meeting of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />ATTEST: <br />H:\ WPData \Resolutiotn \RESCOMMI\Rescind Res 1931.wpd <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />Robert W.
