You have to add something or take away something. You have to mix it up somehow. I am not sure the City is used to talking about wealth creation and poverty innovation in that sense, but I think we should. MR. KING: Does that mean you want to move to work with Councilwoman Pfeiffer and the other neighbors to analyze this plan and move the process forward? MR. BLAKE: Oh, yes. And, I would like to work on the process of wealth creation, as well. Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission acknowledged receipt of the staff's report on the potential Airport Economic Development Area expansion and to authorized staff to analyze the plan submitted by Councilwoman Pfeiffer and work with Councilwoman Pfeiffer and other representatives ofthe neighborhood to move forward the process of analyzing the future action with respect to either expansion of the AEDA or creating of a new redevelopment area, which ever best serves the purposes of the plan. Mr. King again thanked those present representing the neighborhood for the work they did and for coming today. The Commission looks forward to working with them as we move this process forward.
