KING: Charlotte, the plan that you <br />submitted, it represents a consensus of your <br />and your neighbors and residents that you've <br />been working with? <br />COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFER: Yes. <br />That's in my cover letter. It's there and we <br />can continue working on it. <br />MR. KING: Thank you for your interest and <br />your leadership. <br />MS. GREENE: That letter and the plan that <br />was submitted with it will be incorporated by <br />reference into the entire minutes. So they <br />will be part of the public record. <br />MR. NIEZGODSKI: Lincolnway West <br />Gateway Association. I believe I submitted a <br />letter. You should have it. Again, to echo <br />Charlotte's words. Thank you for <br />considering this action. We thank the city <br />officials who have worked so far on this. <br />Just to touch on a few things. As far as a <br />retail segment. If there is to be a retail <br />component at some point, I would suggest <br />possibly interviewing some of the entities <br />that used to be there and finding out the true <br />reason why they left. In some discussions <br />we've had with some of the stakeholders <br />there, some of the retail that was there was <br />very successful. Extremely successful. So it <br />22 <br />
