�. 4. It is estimated that the cost of acquisition and development of the properties <br />%W4 being added to the list of parcels to be acquired is $373,750.00 <br />5. The Development Plan is amended on pages 8, 9 and 10 as shown by the pages <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and is hereby in all respects approved. <br />6. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Airport Economic <br />Development Area Development Plan, as amended, with the minutes of this <br />meeting. <br />7. The Secretary is hereby directed to record this Resolution with the Office of the <br />St. Joseph County Recorder pursuant to the requirements of I.C. <br />36- 7- 14- 17.5(g). <br />8. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. 919, as <br />amended, shall remain as stated therein. <br />9.
