WHEREAS, Resolution No. 919 was further amended by Resolution No. 1796 Adopted
<br />on October 20, 2000 and said resolution expanded the Airport Economic Development
<br />Area by adding Expansion areas No. 9 and 10; and
<br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 919 was further amended by Resolution No. 1827, adopted
<br />on February 16, 2001 and said resolution expanded the Airport Economic Development
<br />Area by adding Expansion areas No. 11; and
<br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 919 was further amended by Resolution No. 1916, adopted
<br />on November 1, 2002 and said resolution expanded the Airport Economic Development
<br />Area by adding Expansion areas 12, 13 and 14, and said resolution redefined the
<br />Airport Economic Development Area as follows:
<br />DESCRIPTION:
<br />A part of Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 in Township 38
<br />North, Range 2 East, and Sections 3 and 4, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, in
<br />German and Portage Townships, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly right -of -way line of Lincolnway West
<br />and the Easterly right -of -way line of Bendix Drive; thence South, Southeasterly and
<br />Easterly along said Easterly right -of -way line of Bendix Drive to the intersection of the
<br />Northerly right -of -way line of Bendix Drive and Easterly right -of -way line of Goodland
