VIII. STATUTORY AUTHORITY <br />The controls, regulations, and land use restrictions contained in this Plan are for <br />the specific purpose of implement the South Side Development Area Plan <br />pursuant to Indiana Code 36- 7- 14 -1 -et. seq. <br />IX. AMENDMENTS TO THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />The South Side Development Area Plan may be amended by resolution of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission. Any change affecting any property or <br />contractual right can be effectuated only in accordance with applicable state and <br />local law. <br />X. LIST OF PROPERTIES TO BE ACQUIRED <br />No properties are to be acquired as a component of this plan. Properties <br />planned for acquisition in the future must be added to EXHIBIT B: LIST OF <br />PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED and the plan must be amended to include those <br />properties in the manner described in SECTION IX. AMENDMENTS TO THE <br />APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN of the South Side Redevelopment Area <br />Development Plan. <br />36 <br />
