<br />2. The Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 ( "Allocation
<br />Area No. 1 "), as described in the eleventh Whereas clause above, is hereby
<br />expanded to include Expansion Areas No. 12, 13, 14, and 15 as described in
<br />the twelveth Whereas clause above, so that the boundaries of the Airport
<br />Economic Development Area Allocation Area and the Airport Economic
<br />Development Area are coterminous. Any taxes levied on the property imposed
<br />under I.C. 6 -1.1 in the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area
<br />shall be allocated, distributed and used as provided in Resolution No. 919, as
<br />amended, and the Act. The base assessment date for Expansion Areas No. 12,
<br />13, 14, and 15, for purposes of the Act, is March 1, 2002. The Airport
<br />Economic Development Area Allocation Area, as expanded, shall be hereinafter
<br />known as "Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1"
<br />( "Allocation Area No. V).
<br />3. The Airport Economic Development Area Development Plan, as amended, as
<br />attached hereto is hereby in all respects approved.
<br />4. The Commission finds that the proposed amendments to the Airport Economic
<br />Development Area Development Plan and to Resolution No. 919, as amended,
<br />are reasonable and appropriate when considered in relation to the Airport
<br />Economic Development Area Development Plan and to Resolution No. 919, as
<br />amended, respectively, and the purposes of the Act.
<br />5. The Commission finds that the Airport Economic Development Area
