Public Hearing <br />(1} Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2245 <br />amending the Airport Economic <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />Mr. VVitwer explained that Resolution <br />No. 2245 will amend the Airport Economic <br />Development Area by adding five properties <br />to the acquisition list. The properties to be <br />added, for the purpose ofright-of way, are <br />located at 4022 VU. Cleveland, 2929 Foun- <br />dationDrive, 3 922 Nimtz Pkwy, l 827 N. <br />Bendix Dr. and 1737 N. Bendix Dr. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Public Hearing file is <br />complete, containing the (1) Notice of <br />Hearing; (2} a copy of Resolution No. 2245; <br />(3) an affidavit from Carol Smith, <br />Advertising Director of the South Bend <br />Tribune, that the Notice of Hearing was <br />published in that newspaper on July 7, 2006; <br />(4) an affidavit from Richard Andrysiak, <br />Classified Manager of the Tri-County News, <br />that the Notice of Hearing was published in <br />that newspaper on July 7, 2006; (5) a <br />statement from Nicholas Witwer that affected <br />property owners and registered neighborhood <br />associations were notified of the Public <br />Hearing by a memo sent on June 3 0, 2006; <br />There were 0 written remonstrances <br />received related to Resolution No. 2245. <br />Ms. Greene noted that under I.C. 36-7-14- <br />17.5,the Commission is not required to have <br />evidence or make findings that were required <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUMCATIONS <br />4 <br />
