Airport Economic Development Area <br />continue ... <br />Commission and Waggoner Farms <br />Development, L.P. Portage Prairie <br />Development Phase I. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Survey <br />services, Portage Prairie) <br />Mr. VVitwer noted that on June 23, 2006 the <br />Commission approved a proposal from <br />Abonmarche. This is a request to add <br />additional work to that proposal to develop a <br />legal description for the right-of way for <br />Dylan Drive, a right of entry with temporary <br />right of way for the construction of Dylan <br />Drive, and a temporary drainage easement. <br />The cost of the additional services is $2,400. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for survey services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area and accepted <br />the proposal from Abonmarche for the scope <br />of services and fee proposed. <br />F. South Bend Medical Services District <br />There was no business in the South Bend Medical <br />Services District. <br />G. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington- <br />ChapinDevelopment Area. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL FOR SURVEY SERVICES IN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA AND <br />ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM ABONMARCHE <br />FOR THE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE PROPOSED <br />37 <br />
