South Side Development Area <br />() continued... <br />Commission approved the Certification <br />concerning Insurance and Tax Liability. <br />(Erskine TIF Project) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Warranty Deeds for property in the South <br />Side Development Area. (Parcels 6,15, <br />and 16) <br />Mr. Inks requested that Item 6.L(2) be <br />withdrawn from the agenda. The deeds do <br />not need to be approved by the Conunission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission withdrew Item 6.L(2) from the <br />agenda. <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2238 approving and <br />authorizing the transfer of property to the <br />Board of Public Works. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2238 <br />transfers a portion of 201 West Ireland Road <br />to the City of South Bend for the Ireland <br />Road right-of way. The entire parcel was <br />purchased in 2005 to facilitate the Ireland <br />Road improvements as part of the Erskine <br />Commons project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2238 <br />approving and authorizing the transfer of <br />property to the Board of Public Works. <br />COMMISSION WITHDREW ITEM 6.L(2) FROM THE <br />AGENDA <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION N0.2238 <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER <br />OF PROPERTY TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />30 <br />
