ORDINANCE NO. ��CJ� �� AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY GENERAI�LY LOCATED ALONG BOTH SIDES OF EAST JEFFERSON BOULEVARD, BETWEEN ST. PETER STREET AND EDDY STREET, AND ON THE WEST SIDE OF EDDY STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON STREET AND WAYNE STREET, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, INDIANA: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Lot 324, except the south 12 feet of the west 83 feet; the east 82 feet of Lot 325; the north 33 feet of the east 82 feet of Lot 326; the west 60 feet of Lots 330, 331, and 332; the west 17 feet of the east . 105 feet of the south one half of Lot 332 Cottrell's First Addition, Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana; Weiss Homes Replat of Cottrell's First Addition, Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana; Lots 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9, and the north half of the vacated alley south of Lot 9, excepting the west 50 ' feet of Lots 7 and 8 Barman's Subdivision, Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana; _ Lots A, B, and 1 through 4 Kuhn's Subdivision, Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana; Lot 19 except the west 112 feet of the north one half of said lot, the east 127.4 feet of the west 192.4 - feet of the south one half of said lot, and the east 85 feet of the south half of said lot, and Lot 20 except the south 150 feet of the west 50 feet and the south 95 feet of the east 144.63 feet, Cottrell's Addition, Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County; and
