Tax Abatements <br />continue ... <br />constructed between Corby and Howard on <br />Notre Dame, with three additional lots being <br />prepared for construction. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2240 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area. (Thomas <br />and Shannon Guinan, 915 N. Notre Dame <br />Ave.) <br />D. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2241 approving a <br />Development Agreement with Gameday <br />Centers Southeastern, LLC and other <br />related matters. <br />Ms. Laurent noted that in late 2005 the <br />Commission offered for bid the air rights for <br />private development on top of a parking <br />structure that the Commission anticipated <br />constructing at 121 S. St. Joseph St. <br />Gameday Centers Southeastern submitted a <br />conforming bid to construct a <br />condominium/hotelproject ontop ofthe <br />parking garage, and the Commission <br />accepted the bid. As part of its proposal, <br />Gameday expressed the desire to lead, <br />construct and own the entire development. <br />Subsequently, the Commission offered the <br />real estate ground rights for the property, <br />subject to the awarded air rights and no bids <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION N0.2240 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY IN <br />THE NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA.
