The <br />short report represents a tremendous amount <br />of work by staff, discussion and study by the <br />Commissioners. That is the way we need to <br />be about public business. We have a huge <br />fiduciary responsibility to watch out for the <br />tax dollars. Developing public and private <br />projects has no cookie cutter approach. <br />There is no template. That's why it takes this <br />amount of time, effort, public input and <br />private discussions. <br />D.
