Receipt of Bids <br />() continued... <br />rights as a parking and retail facility <br />supporting and subject to the use of the air <br />rights as 150-175 unit residential <br />condominium/hotel development, <br />including all necessary access and <br />supporting easements, all located at 121 <br />South St. Joseph St. <br />Mr. Inks noted that no bids were received by <br />the 10:00 a.m. deadline. <br />Ms. Greene advised the Commission the <br />Commission has met its statutory obligation <br />for offering the property for sale through the <br />public bidding process as required by I.C. 36- <br />7-14-22. As such, in accordance with I.C. <br />36-7-14-22(h) the Commission is free to <br />entertain any private negotiations with <br />respect to this property; however, the <br />Commission may not dispose of the property <br />on different terms than those designated on <br />the Commission's offering sheet for a period <br />of thirty (30) days from date that the <br />Commission has designated as the date for <br />receiving bids. The thirty (30) day period <br />will end on April 9, 2006. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by NO BIDS WERE RECEIVED <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission acknowledged there were no <br />bids received by the 10:00 a.m. deadline. <br />3 <br />
