Excavation Released July 25, 2011 <br /> Bond <br /> Vida Plumbing & Heating Contractors, Excavation Approved July 14, 2011 <br /> Inc, Bond <br /> Mr. Inks made a motion that the Bonds approval and/or release as outlined above be ratified. <br /> Mr. Gilot seconded the motion, which carried. <br /> APPROVE AMENDMENT TO IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT <br /> Mr. Tony Molnar, Division of Engineering, submitted the following irrevocable Letter of Credit <br /> to the Board on behalf of First State Bank and recommended approval of their request to extend <br /> the expiration date: <br /> IRREVOCABLE STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT NO.: 167808 <br /> ISSUED BY: First State Bank, 1 I 1 South Main Street, PO Box 69, Middlebury, <br /> Indiana 46540 <br /> FOR: Joseph D. Bowman DBA Flying Eagle Concrete <br /> EXPIRES: Expiration Extended to June 20, 2012 <br /> Mr. Gilot made a motion that the Letter of Credit, as outlined above, be approved.
